MY boyfriend will not sign his rights away to his 5 year old son who he hasen't seen in three years because the girl moved to another state and when he was paying child support the girl still wouldn't let him seen his little boy. The girl got married and wants her husband to adopt the little boy so can he still adopt him if my boyfriend won't sign his rights away?

Well he can't, so there is nothing to worry about there. He is not going to be allowed to adopt someone else's child. And just for the record child support has nothing to do with visitation. You boyfriend needs to get his rights secured and on place the longer he waits the more it looks like it's not that important to him.Children have rights and one of those is a right to know and spend time with both parents. So it's not so much about what any of the adults want it's about what the kid wants and the kid will certainly want to spend some time with his/her father. You got to get a lawyer and get on this, It is not her choice as to whether your boyfriend can see his kid. Look at some of these links and this cute pic of my kid.
