I have a puppy who is three months old she will not drink,eat, or poop and she has lost three pounds AT LEAST. We took her to the vet twice already and she has been on three different antibiotics. She is Not running a fever. She has been sick for a month and the last three days have been the worst I am wondering if she is not eating and drinking because she is constipated. I gave her an adult suppository but she still has not had a bowel movement I am worried we are taking her to the vet again tomorrow. She has also been having trouble breathing... I just don't know what to do. Again she is Only three months old.

If the vet doesn't seem to start a more effective treatment tomorrow, I would try a different vet.

I don't think a suppository should hurt, but never give a dog a laxative except on direction of a vet. She could have an obstructed bowel because of something she gulped down. A laxative could be fatal.
