Back in the 1990s the libs were perturbed because right to life religious people would pray in front of abortion clinics . The women going to the clinics felt intimidated by them.
To deal with it the Dems passed the FACE ACT and Bubba signed it 1994 It has 3 provisions ,2 of which protect abortion clinics . The 3rd one was a bone to get religious Reps on board. It prohibits

Lemon joined a mob attacking the church . He may have actively assisted in planning the assault. But he held a microphone and a recorder as he stormed the church . So he claims he has 1st amendment freedom of the press protection.
The 1st amendment rights of the worshipers are of no consequence apparently.
