Pretti was part of the movement. He was not an innocent mostly peaceful protester . He went there to provoke a confrontation . Pretti and others were there when ICE arrived . It was not a coincidence.

The same thing happened to Dr Oz RFK Jr's deputy Jim O'Neill when they went to Minneapolis to do their own investigation of the claims of Medicaid fraud. They arrived at one of the bogus facilities and within a couple minutes were surrounded by mostly peaceful protesters cursing and giving them the finger .

Anthony Kazmierczak sprayed apple cider vinegar diluted with water on her from a syringe. He has been charged in Federal court and also faces state charges.
