At least ignored by the American compliant press .
Sudan
Satellite images have revealed the tragic aftermath of a 48-hour massacre in Sudan which saw over 2,000 civilians executed by paramilitary rebels. The sand around the western city of El Fasher is now stained red with pools of blood so thick they can be seen from space. The satellite images also captured piles of bodies, of mainly women and children, who were tragically targeted during the two-day ethnic purge after the city fell to the Rapid Support Forces (RSF).

If you can stand it there is video all over the internet of the killings.
But here in the US this news appears to be taking a back seat or complete ignoring .

So I went to Google AI and asked why this was not a major news story when you consider that there was almost non-stop coverage of Israel retaliating for Hamas violating the ceass fire
Here is the reply.
1.It's our fault . We have compassion fatigue
2.There is too much competing news
3.covering regions like Darfur is too difficult
4. The civil war in Sudan is old news
Top international news in the US include Trump's meeting Xi and the possible sale of TikTok . Genocide is Sudan must take a back seat to that !
