To become a citizen of the US a LEGAL immigrants needs to be here 5 years . They need to learn enough English to read some questions ;and to correctly answer 10 of a possible 100 questions they may be asked in a test.
That's it. Then they could legally be here without a fear of their visas being revoked ;and they could vote in EVERY election in their residential district .
It appears that a bill will go through Congress that will add a question on the census asking if the person a citizen. Dems got their panties in a knot over that. They are concerned because Blue States emerge quicker when census data adds non-citizens in a district .
