Hint it wasn't Trump or Musk.

In fact DOGE was NOT it's original name.

Back in 2014 the emperor had an idea to set up the best and brightest geeks oppose I mean technology experts inside the Executive Branch .The purpose was to make government more efficient .
2014 the Dems thought that was a great idea. It even had a name similar to DOGE . It was called United State Digital Service.

The United States Digital Service | whitehouse.gov (https://obamawhitehouse.archives.gov/participate/United-states-digital-service)

Mostly what they accomplished was update government websites especially Healtcare.Gov .

Trump took that agency and turned it into DOGE . He put the brightest geeks in it and gave them the mission of find inefficiency waste and fraud in the Executive Branch

The Dem's love spending other people's money . You would think that as caretakers of the public tax revenue they would care to ensure it get's to intended purpose.
I guess not ..............or maybe................ the funds are going to the intended purpose ?

Does Elon and his whiz kids have any policy making authority ? The answer is NO !

Trump told him to look under the rocks and see what critters crawl out . Elon poses questions . When he gets answers them he reports to the boss and he posts them on X for all to see. Complete transparency .

Judges who are stopping him seem to think that the President ;the Chief Executive under Article 2 has right to see what the Department he controls is doing .

Disclosure . As a manager I was audited internally and by outside auditors many times . When you work in an industry heavily regulated it was expected. Often the financial auditors had no clue what you did for a living . They were money chasers . I explained why I made the expenditures and hoped they understood . But the bottom line was they reported to the boss their findings and the boss made decisions based on their recommendations and my input . In other words ;if the auditor found issues then I had to justify them ..... not the other way around .

The point is that it was the boss taking the information and based on that input made decisions I would be compelled to implement if I wanted to keep my job.

If Elon was the auditor then it was my job to give him the information he requested .

There is nothing else a judge has the power to stop or delay .

These suits are all delay tactics . If SCOTUS doesn't slap them down then we are really in a post -Constitutional America
