December 17 is the day . That is the day that the Washington Compost ;the mouth piece of the swamp; decided to publish an over 4,000 word hit piece on the Biden Crime Family for an act of corruption that goes back 25 years ago.
James Biden’s dealmaking caught on FBI tapes in unrelated Mississippi bribery probe - The Washington Post (https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2023/12/17/james-bidens-dealmaking-caught-fbi-tapes-unrelated-bribery-probe/)
In a case where clearly the FBI was complicit in obvious political favoritism , the FBI recorded a conversation brother James Biden had with Richard Scruggs (who was later convicted and sentenced to 7 yrs in prison for bribery) about a "business deal".
What was the deal ? Scruggs paid James Biden for consulting work as he lobbied Washington on a bill that would have waived antitrust provisions for tobacco companies and allowed for Scruggs to reach a major settlement with the companies; in total, he paid James Biden $100,000 .
In exchange Senator Quid Pro Joe changed his mind on the tobacco settlement from being strongly opposed to it ;to voting in favor of it . In fact he became an ardent supporter .
Then the Compost piled on and reported on another instance where James Biden promised for a fee to generate business for [the plaintiffs] through his family name and his resemblance to his brother”.
In a separate report ; we now learn that James Biden was given a$600,000 "loan" from the now bankrupt health care company Americore for him to deliver to them business from the Middle East . The money went to James and wife Sarah's bank accounts .
But James never delivered .

So in a settlement James agreed to return $350,000 Carol Fox, an Americore Chapter 11 trustee, told the House Oversight Committee this allegation in testimony Monday. Fox told the committee that this loan was made with no documentation .
$200,000 that James gave to Quid as a "loan repayment" could've come from this deal on March 1, 2018. The $ James sent to Quid happened on the same day Americore sent $200,000 to Sarah Biden's account. Again there is no documentation of Quid ever giving James a loan of that amount.
Or Fox said it may have come from a sordid tale of ripping off the elderly. James business partner, Michael Lewitt, pulled money belonging to elderly Americans from an investment fund and transmitted it to Americore, which turned around and paid James Biden according to Fox testimony .
