We are giving work visas to illegals from Venezuela and going there hat in hand begging them to pump the oil we need as we shut down out own capacity .


The Dems keep the minorities in a Dem plantation .Still minorities overwhelming vote Dem.

What he won't tell them is that it is his green new steal policies that is endangering their jobs. Hint EVs don't have transmissions . There are less parts which means less work to assemble them.EV's can be built with about 30% fewer workers than gas cars . New EV plants are opening in Tennessee, Georgia and other right to work states. Union jobs will also be lost as fewer gas cars are produced to meet federal and California EV mandates. Auto suppliers, many of which are unionized, could also lose jobs because EVs use fewer parts.

But even if all the EVs were made in union shops ,it would not make up for jobs lost in the transition to the green new steal.

Here's the thing. Even though he is ruining their industry ;the UAW will still support him. It could be argued he doesn't even need to posture on their behalf. What happens if he takes a dive on the picket line ?

And how will this strike affect you and me ? Well for every autoworker there are many other workers being supported from supply companies already mentioned to truckers who bring the supplies to the factories , to even deli and restaurant workers who cater to the UAW worker's lunch breaks. This strike's ripple effect affects everyone in the supply chain both suppliers and consumers.
The most likely outcome will be wage concessions by the big 3 . That too will have a ripple effect as costs get passed on to the consumer . These price increases will contribute to the inflation rate we are already struggling with. It will also give and advantage to foreign auto makers producing in the US because their plants will be exempt from the settlement.
