Hi, I am an overweight person, and I would like to loose weight. The only thing is that it is very hard for me because I quickly run out of energy and can't continue the exercise. I was wondering if anyone has used the okinawan green tea. If so, did it work, and how quickly. Please, if you didn't use this tea, don't answer this question

I drink green tea all the time, it's a great drink extremely healthy, but in order to lose weight you have to change bad eating habits, like fatty, or fast foods, sugar or salty snacks, sodas, candy. You need to eat whole grain products like wheat breads, pasta, rices, lots of veggies and fruits. Low fat cheeses, milk and yogurt. And you need to get into a regular exercise program, 3-4 times a week, 30-60 minutes sessions. If you lose 2-3 pounds a week your doing great, it takes time and patience but it can have positive long term results when done right.
