I am 14 and my mom wants me to lose my fat. All my friends think I am the right size. I have a lot of muscle on me but I have some fat over my whole body! I am a size 6 in American Eagle, a 7 in Hollister, and a 4 or 6 in Abercrombie and Fitch. I want to lose my fat fast for the summer, is anerexia the right way to go? I don't know what another way to go is! Help please!

Anorexia is NOT the way to go. Anorexia can very easily develop into a addiction.
Have never been on a diet but there is no way to loss weigh [fat] fast and kept it off.

If you are eating correctly, full grains like wheat breads, cereals, pasta, lean meats like skinless chicken, turkey, fish, loin type meats and lots of veggies and fruits your off to a good start. Exercise is a key to losing body fat, a regular full body workout, like aerobics, weight/resistance training, jogging, running, walking. Your pretty young, and although I don't know how tall you are the sizes your telling me are still considered small. I can only suggest that you look into how you feel about your body, it you feel you need to make changes, great, I've given you some suggestions, but your opinion of your body is the only opinion that counts!

Not much info in your ? But I am thinking you are height / weight proportionate ? If not don't worry . All you need is some exercise 5-6 times a week . Fall in love with drinking water!! The rest of your life.. I mean drink 1 gallon of water every 24 hours . Get addicted to exercise is suggested also . Now the exercise can be light to strenuous . Vary the exercise as the schedule and body tolerate .
