Honestly,
It is good to go to pre pregnancy counseling. I would actually recommended. So you get all your needed information and questions out of the way. Also many people here will be qualified and willing to answer you from personal experience.
As far as wanting a baby really bad, how old are you? What is the reasoning for wanting a baby really bad. The more you want one, the harder you try the longer it will take to actually have a baby.
So that will help you more if you actually help us by giving us more detail on your situation.
Age,
Reason for wanting to become pregnant,
Do you have good family support,
Do you have a understanding long term parnter,
Do you have good income, does your partner,
Are you going to stay home and be with the baby or not?
There will be many questions they ask you plus they will probably advice you on what is important and what is not. As well as they will do blood work and physical exam. Just to make sure your completely healthy.
Hope this helps.

Pre-natal vitamins won't help you get pregnant but prepare you to be at optimal health if you did fall pregnant, Pro-natal is one of the best vitamins designed for before and during pregnancy in fact I bought some today as I found out I am pregnant yesterday and they have a new pack of two which comes with vitamins and omega 3 which helps a babies brain develop as best as possible. I have been getting stomach pains very much the same as period pains in fact I was rubbing my tummy quite hard to ease the cramping and getting back pain as well, and a little brownish discharge, hasn't been too bad today but the cramps can also be wind because your digestive system goes a bit haywire too, by the way I am not going to be nosey asking you private questions about yourself as I am not here to judge, but would advise that if anyone feels they need a baby to replace something they feel is missing in their life or suffered some kind of pain or loss in their lives, it might be an idea to talk to someone they trust to help restore positive self-esteem and a healthy outlook to life, good luck with all you do xx

Before I answer this question, I would like to know how old you are so that I can answer appropriately.

Another thing. For 85 percent of couples it takes approximately a fulll year to get pregnant.

Jesushelper is right the harder you try the more stressed you get the harder it is too fall pregnant it has taken me 3 years, I have been through fertility treatment where I was put on drugs to promote more eggs and had a miscarriage and got to the stage where I was on antidepressants and going to counseling because of how much it had all affected me, anyway took time out was fed up of trying and wanted to live and be me again. So didn't try anymore no more ovulation sticks, pregnancy tests or charting, or worrying what everyone else was doing and I have fallen pregnant naturally and had even had a laproscopy and was told me left tube was blocked and my right is partially blocked and both tubes deformed but somehow a miracle has happened, leave it in natures hand, the best thing you can do to get pregnant is enjoy your life and do what comes naturally x
