So apparently corporations went nearly 30 years without being greedy, only to wake up one morning this year and decide to start being greedy again all at once. When asked why there is a meat inflation happening ,Peppermint Patty Psaki said it was the greed of big meat or as she said ;the "greed of meat conglomerates" .

Amazing how the meat industry did not get greedy until Clueless became President . Apparently big meat went nearly 30 years without being greedy, only to wake up one morning this year and decide to start being greedy again.

I have a beef with her explanation .
It has to be all that pork barrel spending. They start you off with the smell of bacon . Before you know it you are hooked on ham sandwiches and big whoppers .

It is funny that she mentioned different causes of inflation but conveniently forgot to mention the amount of monopoly money that government printed and gave away during the pandemic .

What rich guy give-away is in this posting ,or have I supported in this posting ? Deficit spending and debt are out of control, and dragging down the purchasing power of the dollar. That alone is the reason for the high price of many items ....oh that and government energy policies that drive up production costs .

Exactly correct, Tom. When the left cannot mount a good defense, they typically begin to complain about issues not even being discussed. But when the rich are paying nearly 90% of income taxes and practically all of inheritance taxes, it strains common sense to wonder how anyone could consider that to be some sort of give away program for the wealthy. That's especially true in a country where the average person can increase his/her wealth enormously by working hard and smart. The wealthy don't conspire to keep it all for themselves. "Rags to riches" happens all the time in this amazing country of ours.

It really seems to me to be a simple formula. When Trump does it...bad, bad. When Biden (or any liberal dem) does it...good, good. Perhaps I am wrong about that. We'll see.
