(One of my transgender woman friends spent much of her adult life as a very unhappy man, was married, had two children. Was severely dysphoric, and doctors discovered Klinefelter syndrome. Mental illness is not a problem. She was an EMT and ER nurse, among other medical jobs. And she is very beautiful inside and outside. If you make it to heaven, we'll introduce you to the others.
