How do you go about clearing up delinquents so all businesses will accep your checks from being declined.

I maybe wrong but I thought if a check was declined from a business it was because you had a check that bounced and it had not been cleared up yet Maybe someone else can advise you

I am not sure what data base many companies use to "determine the status" of your checking account, but often it deals with all factors from the check number of your account, to how many bad checks you have had over a certain number of years.

So basically don't write any bad checks for a period, is one good start.
Something to try for now
Next get a check card, and use it instead of writing checks, as long as you have money in the account they clear and can be used anywhere a credit card can be.

And after you take care of all your bad checks you can notify Telecheck which is what most businesses use and let them know your situation and they may remove you from their list.
