View Full Version : The Dems still suffer from TDS

Mueller submitted a report that he assumed the Dems could use as a weapon in their efforts to remove re impeachment(s) of former President Trump. Barr received the report and submitted a summary . The Dems did not accept the summary as legit . So Barr released the WHOLE Mueller report save for some minor redactions . The whole report was then available for Madam Mim ,bug eyed Schiff-head ,and the toad Nadler to use in any impeachment attempt .

But did they ? No because they knew the Mueller report was a nothing burger .
So I frankly don't understand why the Dems think there is something more than what the released report shows .

When Democrats finally did get around to impeaching Mr. Trump, they made a conscious decision to ignore the Mueller report. Instead, their (first) impeachment was over a phone call Mr. Trump made to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

According to the Slimes ;A third impeachment charge, tied to Mr. Mueller’s report, was “too much of a reach.”

But now in an effort the dredge it up again ,a judge has ordered Barr to release his notes that were used when he created the summary.
What the judge doesn’t point out is that Mr. Barr then called Mr. Mueller to ask what he’d got wrong and, according to a Justice spokesman, Mr. Mueller conceded there was nothing inaccurate but felt the media coverage was misinterpreting it and wanted more released.

This was when Barr released the whole report

Weeks later, when Mr. Mueller testified before the House Judiciary Committee—the perfect opportunity to tell the world about the ball Mr. Barr had hidden—he again retreated into vague generalities.

This of course should fall under executive privilege . As AG he needed to get the candid advice from a number of assistants and advisors . No AG should be required to release them . How could he expect to get candid advice from advisors who would be concerned that their advice would at some later time be revealed to the public ?

AG Merit Garland should take note and realize that what goes around could come around. He should squash this pursuit immediately.

I think you might have a case of TDS there Tom. The world is going to hell and you worry about Trump. He is old news, you might say neutered, as he should have been long ago

Nah Trump is far from neutered . Just ask Liz Cheney. The Dems are trying to keep Russia gate alive and well to deflect from the 100 day disaster that is the Quid reign. There is no surprise here that a judge appointed by the emperor came up with this ridiculous ruling .

From the Mueller Report .....The investigation did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities.

What doesn't Justice Amy Berman Jackson get about that ?

Cheney told the truth. The Trump Cult rejects truth. Is that something you are proud of?

The Dems are trying to keep Russia gate alive

It's not the Dems, it's the false summary Barr published to protect Trump. Now he's being called on it. Stand by.

deflect from the 100 day disaster that is the Quid reign.

Trump promises first 100 days

Repeal Obamacare
Build wall paid by Mexico
Establish term limits.

NONE were accomplished.

Placed ban on Muslims entering – reversed by federal court
National Security Advisor resigned over scandal on Russian contact

Trump called the first 100 days “a ridiculous standard” while at the same time saying “I've done more than any other president in the first 100 days”.

Biden first 100 days

Promised to deliver 100,000,000 doses of Covid vaccine – actually delivered over 200,000,000 doses
Promised Covid relief – passed $1.9 trillion bill through Congress
Promised to revoke bad Trump policies – revoked dozens via executive orders

Biden public approval at 54%, never reached by Trump in 4 years.
Stock Market – 50% higher than Trump
Golf – Trump by a HUGE margin

From the Mueller Report .....The investigation did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities. That was true at the time. It is no longer true since Manafort collaborated with the Russians.

What you left out was the Mueller report citing 10 instances of obstruction of justice committed by Trump. These were for Congress since AG Barr ensured that Trump could not be indicted - a criminal action by Barr.

What doesn't Justice Amy Berman Jackson get about that ?

See above.

lol I also point out in the OP that Pelosi and her cabal ,armed with the Mueller Report decided there was no there there when it came to taking action against Trump. They instead decided to go after him on an equally lame pretext about Ukraine .

Barr did not hide any of the facts . His release of the full report confirmed the summary he initially submitted . Judge Jackson must have too much time on her hands . She is wasting tax payer money dredging up a settled issue .

As long as Trump was president, they decided it would not float with Barr as AG.

They instead decided to go after him on an equally lame pretext about Ukraine

Lame? If Republicans had lived up to their oath, Trump would have been convicted. Everybody, including you Tom, knows that.

Barr did not hide any of the facts . His release of the full report confirmed the summary he initially submitted

Tom, if you want to remain credible here, stop posting such nonsense. Barr's summary was drafted BEFORE he ever saw the report. He will probably be prosecuted, good chance, for his crimes while in office. An honest man is now running the DOJ.

Judge Jackson must have too much time on her hands . She is wasting tax payer money dredging up a settled issue.

Only the Trump Cult thinks it's settled. The Right saying so does not make it so. We're all familiar with the bizarre actions of the Republican Right - a party going downhill very fast.

Drafted - not finalized. He knew what needed to be said before he had the report.

Noted how you ignored the other points.

Evidence that conservatives have lost their minds after running around in circles for years and consuming tainted red meat from a lying cheating dufus who is still holding repubs hostage.

Only a dufus prime time perp walk will rectify this situation. I would settle for Gaetz or Greene in the meantime before the main event.

We already know that the Dems plan on rounding up the opposition . They did an early morning raid on Rudy to gather up computer filed he would've willingly handed over . People arrested for the Capitol riot are being treated 10 times worse than any Antifa/BLM thug arrested . Repub Reps who gave Capitol tours to supporters prior to Jan 6y are being treated with suspicion of treason. The Dems are trying to force through a 9-11 commission like kangaroo court about the riot .

Rudy does not cooperate willingly since he became Trump's consigliere.

People arrested for the Capitol riot are being treated 10 times worse than any Antifa/BLM thug arrested

Nonsense. Your misdirected emotions are getting the better of you.

Repub Reps who gave Capitol tours to supporters prior to Jan 6y are being treated with suspicion of treason.

As they should be - if they're innocent, the investigation will show that.

The Dems are trying to force through a 9-11 commission like kangaroo court about the riot .

From GOP Georgia Representative Andrew Clyde before House Committee Wednesday:

“Let me be clear: There was no insurrection,” Clyde said. “And to call it an insurrection, in my opinion, is a bold-faced lie.”

Clyde also claimed that video taken during the insurrection looked like “a normal tourist visit,” even though five people died and more than 100 police officers were injured.

With bizarre false testimony like this from the Republicans, the American people deserve a commission to expose this stupidity.

what is bizarre is that you are still debating this months after it is over. It is though you must fight the civil war all over again. Trump should have been more forceful in denouncing the actions of his supporters on that day. He followed the edict of "never surrender" and why? Becuase he was never a politician, compromise was not in his DNA but it is over, move on.

The invisible man doesn't give you much to debate, unlike Trump he keeps his own counsel, no doubt exhausted as a man of his advanced age must be

Do "normal tourists" yell and scream obscenities, threaten the staff, scale the outer walls of tourist attractions, bash in windows, steal equipment, scatter papers around, and poop/pee on the attractions' floors and walls?

update
AG Merrick Garland is siding with Barr against the foolish ruling by Judge Jackson. Yesterday the Justice Dept announced they would appeal her ruling that the confidential notes that Barr took in deciding about how he would handle the Inspector Javert report aka the Mueller report . Barr contended that the memo was part of internal deliberations and as such should not be made public . Garland agrees .

No doubt Garland foresees a time when the shoe would be on the other foot where he would want to protect his staff from their frank and candid comments in advice being made public.

In doing this he has exposed Judge Jackson as a political hack who is inclined to judicial over reach. Garland in contrast has shown how a non-partisan justice Dept should behave ...... Not like his Democratic predecessors from the emperor's reign Mueller ,Comey at FBI and ,Lynch and Holder at DOJ. Garland appears to understand and to defend the deliberative process of the executive branch..

I am guessing there is still a chance then that any Durham report will be released . I hold no hope in the DOJ investigating the Biden crime family .
