I have spark and fuel but wont fire any suggestions?

On many old Hondas of this vintage, the problem is caused by a bad Ignition Control Module (ICM) or sensors failing inside the distributor (TDC, CYL). If you replace the distributor, only use an OEM part. You may have spark but it is not firing at the right time.

Try starting fluid. If it starts and runs for a few seconds, the problem is likely distributor related.
