I have a problem with the "Windows-youtprotection";. Yeah, Windows-youtprotection, not familysafe.
When I wanted to start a game, I was told:
"The game was locked for the current user by Windows Youth Protection" As I searched the Internet for answers, the desperation became even greater, as only Familisafe is reported, which I have never set up and/or used before.
I'd look forward to an answer.

That's a Steam error rather than windows.
Follow the suggested Steam support link, but I bet your stated age is below the games requirements.
