I am 25 yrs old and having sex on the reg. My girlfriend made me aware of my tight fore skin which is now playing on my mind.

I have never experienced pain while having sex. Now I'm thinking am I normally.

When having sex my foreskin pulls back slightly but then it give off a slight pain until brought back to normal.

I want to know how to cure this problem and a way of doing without undertaking any operations?

I really enjoy the sex life I have, but the thought of tight foreskin sometimes play up on me when having sex.

What shall I do?

p.s my head does show when not erect. But when erect it shows that its wishes to pull out further and it tighten towards the top of my penis

Sounds like you should go see a doctor. I think this is a case of Frenulum Breve, which can be solved with a Frenectomy (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frenulectomy). It IS a surgery, but it is a minor one, and although there e are stitches, most doctors gove you painkillers to relieve the pain.
