An electron starts from rest 5.50 cm from the center of a uniformly charged insulating sphere of radius 2.90 cm. If the sphere carries a total charge of how fast will the electron be moving when it reaches the surface of the sphere? Note: Assume a reference level of potential V = 0 at r= infinity
