Hi- my 2008 or so Thermostat has a sad face, and I can’t get it to give me heat. I changed the batteries, and went to the furnace and turned on the manual switch, and the fan works, just no heat . The 🔥 is on... I can’t find our instruction manual, not the model number... help! Thanks :)
