I am concerning about my ultrasound results.do I need to worry.IMPRESSION:
1. Area of apparent focal thickening within the endometrium measuring up to 1.3 cm with no clear associated color flow. This may be artifactual or could represent a small hypovascular lesion such as a polyp or submucosal fibroid. Pelvic MRI or direct
visualization/tissue sampling could be considered, as clinically appropriate.
2. 2.6 cm fibroid.
Images and I. P. interpretation personally reviewed by: DAVID REISNER, MD
Narrative
INDICATION:
Menorrhagia. LMP 10/9/2018.
COMPARISON:
Ultrasound 6/13/2013.
TECHNIQUE:
Grayscale and color Doppler of the pelvis with transabdominal and endovaginal ultrasound was performed.
