Hi, I'm 21 and I have a Bump behind my ear near the pressure point. Its been there for a couple of years but never itched or hurt. Last night when I touched and tried to push down on it, I feel a slight pain, it feels like its underneath the skin and meat. Feels kind of hard. No headaches swelling, itching or anything. Does anyone know what it could be? When you examine it, its just a bump behind the ear with no color changes or anything.

Chances are it is a lymph node. Lymph nodes will swell and be painful to the touch when your body is fighting off an infection.
