But when I eat my normal meals every day I get full real quick but I cacn continue to eat junk food. Is it me? I have been to the doctor I am perfectly healthy with nothing wrong. Is it just a mind setting. Also, I drink tons of big red is the "red" bad for my body?

I don't know very much about Big Red.
Healthy food is high in nutritional value. Junk food is not. Your body needs a minimum of good nutrition for it to keep functioning properly.
You will see the bad results to your body eventually, if you continue to eat a lot of junk food. Consuming small amounts, now and then, is not bad.

Well you are really skinny. You sound too skinny actually because Im 5'5 and 125 lbs I can't imagine how sick I would look if I was 102 and you are taller than me girl! I think you need to start eating healthier because right now your not at a healthy weight. Junk food is bad for you especially if you eat it a lot!! You need to gain some weight and if your genes make your metabolism run that fast then that's not something you can help. What I don't understand is how you are so skinny!! Lol

I don't know how I am this skinny. My whole family is small though. The doctors say it is my metabolism also. But I feel that I am too skinny and I hate it. I am starting on ensure and protein shakes and things like that

Your metabolism will definitely slow down as you age. I am 5'6". In college I weighed 108, and could eat whatever and not gain a pound. I ate my meals, but then munched on junk food a lot in between. I thought big deal. Well now that I am in my mid 30's my metabolism has slowed down considerably and I still really struggle with the junk food. I now weigh about twice what I did in college. Believe me when I say you better kick this habit now, the longer you keep it up the harder it gets to kick.

I will definitely try to slow down I have been told that before also. Thanks everyone for your answers. Is there anything I could go to gain weight though?
