Hello. I'm 60 and have many health problems. Due to my medical condition, I'm not able to get a job and get medical coverage. I was disapproved for disability by Social Security and Medicaid. I'm under 65 and don't qualify for Medicare. I don't meet the income requirement for Obamacare. I need to move to a city or town where there is free medical services or discounted fee for poor people. Is there a city or town in the country that has free or discounted fee for poor people? Thanks.

Your story is a bit confusing. With no income you didn't get Medicaid? Why did they turn you down for SSDI?
"I don't meet the income requirement for Obamacare" - can you explain that comment?.

Google Zufall Health Center. They are a private federally-certified medical and dental service catering to low/no income people. Depending on income you can get no-cost or low-cost medical service based on a sliding scale and ability to pay. I know they're in the northeast USA but not sure where else. Excellent organization.
