I woke up this morning and my TV has no sound. Sound is OK through the DVD player but not through sky or terrestrial. ANy ideas please!

How is your Sky / Terrestrial connected to your TV? Is your terrestrial through your Sky box?

Also how is your DVD player connected?

If you're getting sound through the DVD player, that rules out the speakers in your TV!
