Theft Under $5000 - This is my first offence in life, (Toronto CA) first appearance in court is in next week, but my disclosure is not available at court (My data is not yet available in court). Could someone please explain what it means and what will be its consequences? Would it be possible to finish off the case on first appearance? I am going to plead guilty.
