How can I claim copyright for an ebook with the different title name and a different cover?
And is there any international copyright law

OK.. can it is possible to sue them . But I'm in India and I really don't know who are they are where are from they.. they selling in the USA so I think they might be from USA... or it would be very messy to sue them because we are from different countriesI don't know anything about this.. I think it would very messy and lot of money needed.. what you think..

Do what Wondergirl suggested. Penguin Random House is a giant publisher operating world-wide. They will handle plagiarism of their published works, initiate law suits if necessary, and do whatever is necessary to protect copyrights.
Your job will be to sit back and sip a Daiquiri while the Random House lawyers do their thing.
