Dryer will give ce code if I hook up the vent pipe. Have replaced all the vent piping and cleaned the dryer vents piping

Did you clean the lint screen? Make sure the vent is open at the exhaust end. CE code is blocked vent or insufficient airflow.

Did you reset the mother board by unplugging the dryer and replugging it after 5 minutes or so? I've seen loose connections cause the same error also if the reboot fails to solve the problem. Make sure the blower wheel is free from obstruction and the lint filter screen is clean. Let me know if this helps.
