I'm trying to find a movie I saw many years ago as a child. The movie could have been from the 80s or early 90s. There's a group of friends telling scary storys and one of the storys that's gets told is the scene that I remember is a teen girl trying to escape from dogs I think. Can't remember. She gets into a car might have been red car but the car runs out of fuel and she doesn't get very far. The dogs catch up to her and she gets kill. That's all I can remember. Any ideas
