A person has a very high amount judgment from a Condo he owns. He is presently selling it and the judgment amount will be taken from the sale price.
When THAT PERSON goes to purchase another condo , will he have problems?
Will that Condo Assn. check his past references, and I assume he will HAVE A PROBLEM.
Please explain if you can.
Thanks.

Depends if they do check.. and if they do... then they might. The old condo association is well within their rights to disclose this if asked. The new one may not check, or might choose to decide either way after having checked.

Most likely not... as it will show the judgment was paid in full...
It won't look the best having the judgment in the first place, but since it will be paid in full and released it won't look as bad.
