Well I love my mom with all my heart I never really fight with her and she helps me out a lot.well I have been giving her a heard time and stuff because of school and boys and stuff like that. Well today I found out that there is something wrong with my moms heart. She says that everything is going to be OK but they always say that I really don't no what to do I really need help

Now is a time to show your mom love and understanding. You need to try to be positive with your mom. Show her how much you care for her. Now a days medical advancements and treatments can help and even cure many problems. Be as supportive as you can be. Your focus is your mom and yourself and school. Boys can wait. So I hope you do this for your mom and focus on the stuff that is most important to you.

That is what your mom needs right now is understanding and peace.

You know, it's normal for girls to argue with Mom from time to time. It just means you trust the relationship -you know she'll still be there even if you are unkind from time to time.

It's also normal for parents to get sick, even with things that sound as upsetting as a cardiac issue. But the diagnosis is a blessing because there are tremendous things that can be done today for people with heart problems, and the improvements in how they feel are tremendous too. Don't panic -this is something to think about and learn about, but if you take things as they come I think you will find you will have your mom for a long time to come, and that she will get the help she needs to get her health back.
