I have done the balance sheet for November and December and both of those balance. The statement of cash flows however is 2500 off and I don't know why. I've rearranged numbers just to see if that was the problem but no luck. Could the balance sheet be wrong even though it balances?

I had a look at your very detailed financial statements. One error in principle is that depreciation has no part in a cash flow statement. There may be other non cash items such as an unrealised loss. I suggest you look more closely at your work
