Condo needs replacement toilet. The high rise has a high pressure water system. Current fixture is a tankless, 9 gallon flush. I am stumped regarding a replacement toilet. Who makes a replacement?

Everybody does. Just Google tankless toilet. Who makes the one you are sitting on?

9 gallon flush? A high pressure toilet should use less water since it forces the flow rather than gravity.

New York has some of the strictest water use laws in the country so I am sure you mean 0.9 gallon per flush or something similar to that. Also, high rise building may have a high pressure water system, but I can't imagine there is high pressure water coming into any of the units... just imagine how many pipes would burst and how often problems would arise in this situation, never mind in a high rise building!
Talk to the maintenance people or the management company for advice as I am sure they will require only specific model toilets to be used in your building.

Is the toilet hanging on the wall ? Also, the 9 gallon flush ? Are you sure you are giving us correct number ? See the brand name stamped on the toilet bowl, Google the name and you will get distributors in your area. Also, you can ask building maintenance people, they will have that information
Hope that helps
