Movie is about a guy in upstate New York who lives with his brother, I think his parents died right when the movie starts.
He works at a retail store in the mall.
He has a girlfriend who visits him from nyc.
He has a teenage neighbor who is off to college.
They end up kissing.
I don't remember much else.
