I live in tn and take oxycodone and xanax, doctors office did drug test and they say it came back positive for burphermine and I have not ever taken it or suboxone ever. I will take whatever kind of test to prove my innocense. Please advise what I can do? Hair foccicle test, lie dector test, what is my best option? It would seem your doctor would have retested you. WHY are you being tested? If through court order, you have a medical review officer to appeal (MRO) to. Sure your record was dinged? Maybe he threw the results out as an outlier. Or will after your NEXT test.
