I was injured in an accident because of another person’s negligence. The accident left me with serious injuries and required me to be hospitalized for several days. Although my brother suggested that I should seek compensation for my injuries from the person at-fault, I am still wondering whether I should do so. Is it important for me to seek compensation? Do you know of any lawyer who can help me do so?

Talk to a personal injury Lawyer... you do have a limited amount of time to file such a claim. You have to look ones up in the area you live. Most will provide a free consultation visit, and explain if you have a case and what your chances are.

It is important so as to get your medical bills paid by the at-fault party. It may also be possible to get compensation for pain and suffering.

As for an attorney, this is a global website.

If you don't have a phone book with yellow pages, then you can Google personal injury attorney in your city. The sooner, the better. Consultation is generally free. A lawyer can answer ALL your questions.
