I have a 1977 mobile home that I am to move, I live in Ford County, Kansas (67801) is there a certain year that has to be before it can be moved

I looked on the Kansas state DMV website and can find nothing on the topic.
My suggestion is to call a mover who moves them - they will know.
I'm guessing that the answer is that there is no age limit.
Did someone say there is?

The problem may not be age to move one but the age some locations set of which a MH can be moved in. I know of a place that limits them to 20 years.
