I got a friend we spent a lot of time together,
The problem is I'm the one who is always visiting and calling her.
If two weeks passes by without me going to her place, she would not call to ask me
Where I'am. And when I go to see her, she won't be that surprise to me.
This always happens with me when I make new friends. I'm the one
Always takes efforts to visit and call.
What should I do, if I ask her why is she not calling or visiting me she says that she does not have money or she is feeling tired to come to my place.

I personally wouldn't call or visit her!
It takes two to tango even in a friendship, its not a one way thing!

Her excuse isn't worthy, to me it doesn't take much to make a simple quick phone call or even a text message.

It sounds like there's something else going on with her. I would try to find out what the real reason behind it is. Also, you should let her know that you can't always be the one doing all the work.

Find a new friend.
