What do you want to do with it? Burn the occasional DVD, or something on a much bigger scale?
If it's the former, then we can help, you can get a good quality dvd/cd reader/writer for under £20 (probably about $30). You probably want to support both + and -, and you probably want a decent read speed (something like 48x, and a write speed of something like 8x). They're cheap as chips nowadays. Go into any PC store and ask them about it, they will be able to give you a good idea of what there is on offer, and will be able to answer any questions you have.
If you wan't something bigger, then I have to ask why. You would probably need to talk to a specialist in the industry. We can help you to find companies that can supply that kind of equipment, but you'll have to contact them about it.
Please offer these clarifications to your question.
