About five years ago I used to be fat, then by cutting down a lot by not eating my whole body got skinny except for my stomach ahd my chest. I have tried to lose this weight but it won't go away. Any tips to get rid of the extra weight?

Don't know how old you are. What about weight training? Might be a solution there.

Maybe further dieting?

Although you lost a lot of weight, you need to continue with healthy food, lots of fruits, veggies, whole grains and lean meats, and drink lots of water, along with this you need all body exercise, try weight/resistance training, aerobics, jogging, biking, or even walking, but work out 30-60 minutes a day, for 4-5 times a week.
