What are the particulars of garnisheeing someone's wages and or assests in calif? I have won a judgement against an individual and now I need to attach his paycheck or bank account. I've never done this before so anything, anything will be helpful. Courts, paper work, how the employer is served, reasonable amount to expect per check, any and all techniques for procuring a successful garnisheement

Thanks in advance

Hello arrow:

Go back to the courthouse and move the court to issue a writ of execution or an execution of judgment (whatever that court calls it), and take it to the sheriff, bailiff or constable (whatever that court calls them) (who should be in the same building), along with the debtors work and banking information, and let 'em do their thing.
