All right please tell me I'm not in the wrong. Tonight I go to by littler brothers play its over and I'm sitting there with my family when my cell phone rings and it is my boyfriends stepmother and she is like I need to talk to and right now she all screaming. And I tell her I'm not with him he's at home that I'm at my brothers play. And she starts screaming how I don't care for him and I use him and all this stuff. Note my and him get along and there is no reason for her to think that but she and his father tend to drink a lot. Anyway she hangs up on me and I really upset so I hurry home and she is there drunk inside ranting and raving to my husbeen how I'm so rude he was just sitting there like what?? Then she saw me there and started yelling and trying to push me we got her out of the house and she left. My boyfriend feels bad his parents often get drunk and do embarrassing things and we just kind of ingore it. I understand he don't want to say anything because their his parents but I'm tired of putting up with the drunk butt!!

Well then don't go around them. This is a no win situation. I've been down that rat hole and I'm here to tell you that there ain't no cheese at the end of that tunnel!

Yes you can. What good does it do for your son to see his grandparents hammered and fighting with his mom and dad? If it was my kid, I wouldn't invite them over for anything, and I'd expect my husband to understand and support my decision. If he wants to see his parents he can go to their home. If they want to spend time with their grandson, they need to clean up their act.
