I want to add review and ratings rich snippet. Although I added the code last couple of month but still it's not appear in the Google search engine result page. Any one suggest me how to do it?

Do you mean you tried to download it, but it failed? Or was this a bookmark? Did it expire? What happens when you RETRY with another code? Have you deleted your search history? Cleaned your cache?
