I live in a prefab house, with open ceilings it has no roof or ceiling beams. Can I get some kind of support for a beam, (i.e. closet rods) that will attach to the wall? Electrical is no problem.

Closet rod to hang a fan? I hope not, or am I misreading this?

There are ceiling beams in any house.. you just may or may not have an attic space, which I believe is the case here. Your interior panels are attached directly to the framing. Electrical CAN be an issue with those of not already in place. If there is an existing light there you need a brace that bridges between framing members to support the weight.

You are misunderstanding me, not a closet rod, but some type of bracket similar in concept

That's exactly the problem there are no structural beams. That's why I thought possibly a installing a beams would work, I just don't know the best way to secure it near the top of the wall.

There are sill rafters just like studs in walls your interior wall/Ceiling panels are just attached to one side of where the shingles are attached on the other, there are supports that have a box in the middle that twist and screw out spiked anchors that wedge against the studs/rafters. Work like a turnbuckle but in the opposite direction.

Here is a link to one type. There are others.
