Years ago, my old neighbor said he had the first driver's license and the second license plate. Con you confirm this?

Too much work to do this backwards. You have to provide his name, town, and the year of each first.

I couldn't find any info on this, but Massachusetts (along with Missouri) were the first states to require a drivers license. This was in 1903. So your neighbor would have had to have been born in 1885 at the latest to be eligible to get a license in 1903.

I guess if they are 120 years old or so. Perhaps they were the first in their city or something like that.
