Im trying to find an animated movie that I have seen 15-20 years ago. Was with a little girl with dark hair, may be orphan, who escapes from to many man in black suits and hats (if Im not wrong) it was like she was the only girl in this world without that suit. Is a memory without a name for me so please help and thank you
