I am 41years old, I noticed about a few months ago, that I was not able to maintain a erect penis for longer than a few minutes. I noticed by feeling my penis that there was a hard tissue near the end of my penis, lower than the head part, it is on the left side.. I also noticed that my penis is bending to the left just below the head. Not the whole penis, just the head is bending to the left but the rest of it is striaght.. I have no pain, and sometimes l can get a good erection, but never what I used to get, its not as hard as before.. Can anyone help me what this could be, before l go to the doctors.

Thank you
Paul Moore
