Need some advice on which financial ratio to use for the following situation:


"A large company is embarking on building a new international quality conference centre.

This conference centre will be an integral component of the company and its revenue. Select 3-5 key ratios that the company will be monitoring to ensure return on investment and that the marketing of the facility is effective."
