California Use Tax (for non-business need) - Do I need to use the lookup table https://www.boe.ca.gov/info/use_tax_table.html for each purchase less than 1000$ and then add up?Example: If five purchases of 700$ and say AGI is 75000$ then, should I just pay $29 as per lookup table or should I pay 5 * 29 = 145$ as use tax.

Having now access the link you provided, you DO have the option to pay the use tax based on your personal income, which likely will be a LOT less than either the $29 or the $145 you want to pay.
HOW MUCH was your California income?

As I mentioned in the example, the income is $75000. Lookup table which I referred is https://www.boe.ca.gov/info/use_tax_table.html . TY.

For an income of $75,000, enter the $29 and drive on.
